you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  1. Online Booking Procedure

    1. To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years of age. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you have the capacity to accept them on behalf of yourself or any person traveling with you, and that you agree to be bound by them.
    2. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by our terms & conditions and the laws of Greece. If you do not agree, do not confirm your reservation via our website.
    3. All transfer bookings must be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance to guarantee their availability.
    4. Booking Form
      1. To use our transfer service, please fill out the booking form. You will need to fill it in here.
        1. Ride Details Section
          Enter your ride details like date and time, the pickup and the drop-off location.
        2. Choose a Vehicle Section
          Enter the number of passengers and luggage.
          In the extra options section, please select if you would like to add either a child seat or a flower bouquet to your booking.
        3. Booking Details Section
          Enter your contact information: Your Name, your email address, and your phone number.
        4. In the note field, please provide any special request, so we can make your transfer more comfortable.
        5. Enter your flight number and the name of your vessel in the text boxes when it is necessary.
      2. When a booking is placed through our website, we will send an email with your transfer information. Please check the information you have provided and proceed to payment.
      3. Accuracy of Booking Details
        1. To provide you the best service, we strongly advise you to fill in your information in the booking form truthfully and update them when it is necessary. We are not responsible for the accuracy of incorrect or incomplete information. Your flight number, ship vessel, date, and time information is the exclusive responsibility of the passenger. We cannot be held accountable for any damages to you or your trip should you provide incorrect or incomplete information.
        2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that data provided by you is inaccurate, misleading, illegal, or in violation of the applicable law.
    5. Fees and Payments
      1. The cost of each transfer is determined based on the place of departure, the destination, the evening or morning period selected, as well as the number of passengers. Please fill out a part of the booking form to get the exact quote, which can be found here.
      2. When you book with us, we’ll ask you to pay by either credit card or Paypal.
        1. Payments are processed via NBG Simplify Commerce, the leading bank of Greece. This helps us keep your information extra safe.
        2. The payment details will not be saved or retained on the pickupgreece.com server or transmitted to second parties.
    6. Special Requests
      1. Our Clients are our priority, if you are an existing client and have a matter that needs immediate attention, please give us a call at +30 6909 627807 or email us at info@pickupgreece.com.
      2. You can expect a 24 hr turnaround time for any emails or messages. Availability is limited and we cannot guarantee availability in advance but at the time of the online booking.
  2. Meet and Greed

    1. Airports
      1. We’ve made it easy to meet your driver at the airport. Pickup Greece’s Driver will hold a sign with your name on it. If it is crowded, please search for us. We will be there. However, we cannot wait in restricted areas. As a result, we are not permitted to enter into baggage claims.
      2. If your flight is delayed, we will wait 60 minutes for you at no additional cost.
      3. If you lose your baggage, we will give you an extra 15 minutes. Please contact us within 60 minutes of landing to reserve your ride. Otherwise, the driver will be free to leave when the allocated time has expired.
      4. Please note that if you arrive more than 1 hour before your booking time, you’ll have to wait until your booking is due to start. We can only guarantee service for the originally scheduled flight arrival time. However, we will try our best to assist you with any request made.
      5. If your flight is canceled, if you missed the flight, or if you arrived at a different time please call us or text us.
      6. If your flight is late more than an hour and you require a ride from the airport, please call us immediately upon your arrival. You may have to wait until the next available driver arrives at the airport.
      7. We cannot grant a refund if you fail to notify us on time.
    2. Seaports
      1. We’ve made it easy to meet your driver at the seaport. Pickup Greece’s Driver will hold a sign with your name on it. If it is crowded, please search for us. We will be there. However, we cannot wait in restricted areas.
      2. If your ship is delayed, we will wait 30 minutes for you at no additional cost.
      3. Please note that if you arrive more than 1 hour before your booking time, you’ll have to wait until your booking is due to start.
      4. We can only guarantee service for the originally scheduled arrival time. However, we will try our best to assist you with any request made.
      5. If your voyage is canceled, if you missed boarding the ship, or if you arrived at a different time please call us or text us.
      6. If your ship is late more than an hour and you require a ride from the seaport, please call us immediately upon your arrival. You may have to wait until the next available driver arrives at the seaport.
      7. We cannot grant a refund if you fail to notify us on time.
    3. Hotels and RBNB’s
      1. We will wait for you up to 15 minutes in a hotel or an RBNB, and you do not have to pay extra.
  3. Booking Cancellations

    1. Refunds
      1. Full Refund
        1. A cancellation request must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time
        2. Full refunds (100%) are available for transfer bookings canceled 24 hrs or more before the start of the booking.
        3. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@pickupgreece.com
      2. No Refunds
        1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If this is not done, there will be no refund.
  4. Rules and Safety

    1. You are required to comply with all laws affecting your safety,
      1. Always wear your seatbelt for safety.
      2. Do not try to get on or off the vehicle that is in motion.
      3. Do not open the windows and the doors without the Driver’s consent.
      4. If you are traveling with your pet, during the transfers your pet must travel in a special carrier.
    2. Speed
      1. The maximum speed for all Greek national motorways is 130km/h, unless otherwise posted. Our drivers are professionals with many years of experience. If you find yourself uncomfortable with the legal speed at any time, please notify the driver and he will make sure you arrive at your destination as safe and sound as possible.
    3. Other Rules
      1. Please be mindful of the following rules on our service. Smoking is prohibited inside the car, along with eating and drinking.
  5. GREEK AUTHORITIES POLICIES ON COVID-19

    Τo prevent the spread of COVID-19, authorities have imposed restrictions on transportation services within Greece. For a taxi ride, the maximum number of passengers is three. Α fourth passenger is only allowed when families with children under 18 travel together. All citizens and travelers are required to wear a face mask in open-air spaces, buildings, and public transport means, including taxis.
